MCP

Your accounting, right inside Claude

Mynto is an MCP server (Model Context Protocol) — the open standard that lets AI assistants use tools. Connect Mynto to Claude Desktop, Claude Code or any MCP client, and your accounting becomes something you can talk to.

“What do I owe in VAT this period?”
“Send an invoice to Hansen AS for 12,500 kr”
“Book last week's receipts”
“How are we tracking against budget this year?”

Add the server

In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http mynto https://api.mynto.no/mcp. In Claude Desktop and other clients, add the same URL under Connectors/MCP settings.

2

Sign in with OAuth

The first time you use a Mynto tool, a secure OAuth sign-in opens where you pick the company and approve which permissions the assistant gets. No API keys to paste — and you can revoke access at any time from Mynto's settings.

3

Ask about your own numbers

The assistant can look up balances, open items, VAT status and deadlines, draft invoices and book documents — all within the permissions you approved. Actions that change the books require your confirmation.
